The classes are generally located on campus of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) in the building of WU Executive Academy, if not specified otherwise by the Program Management.

Further information on where your classes take place (together with directions how to get there) will be provided by the Program Management in time.

Tips:

• Please report to the Front Office Team on the 5th floor of the WU Executive Academy building every morning before class – especially on your first day! This will help the event team to set up everything for you and with you to ensure a smooth course!

• Please be there at least 30 minutes before your teaching starts to arrange for final checks, make last minute changes etc. – to make sure you can start on time.

The Front Office team will be available at all times during the core module. If you need anything or have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact them. The Front Office for your administrative support is located on the 5th floor at the Front Office Desk. It is possible to make photocopies, but please only use thisfacility if it is urgent.

Please note: As we strive for a sustainable campus, we try to avoid photocopying.We provide all materials on the University’s own e-learning platform.

Subway: The Campus WU is located between the U2 stations Krieau and Messe – Prater. The route from both underground stations to the Campus WU is roughly the same (5-10 minutes). The WU Executive Academy building is located in the western part of the campus and is accessible via the U2 station Messe-Prater.

Bus & Tram: The WU Campus is accessible by the bus line 82A (station Krieau) and the tram line 1 (station Prater Hauptallee).

If you want to plan your individual trip to WU, you can use the website of Vienna’s public transport operator Wiener Linien.

Public parking in the streets around campus is highly limited and paid. So if you decide to come by car, we recommend using one of the parking facilities below:

Most Hotels around WU also have parking spots for their guests only or are connected to one of the mentioned garages!
