While time during a module is limited, you can add to knowledge, skills & competency building by pointing out additional materials, sources, books, movies, your personal experiences, by bringing in guest speakers etc. which would help students to go beyond their comfort zone to learn and grow.<\/p>\n
During an MBA program, we expect students not only to broaden their horizon in terms of content, but to develop their skills and competencies further, such as resilience, collaboration, courage, self-awareness, etc. These will be the skills & competences that help them in their leadership and to move their projects & ideas forward. One way to foster S&C is through a variety of didactic tools, e.g., simulation games, role play, project work, reflection, etc. We appreciate your creativity in this sense and are happy to support you.<\/p>\n
